Erin Groseclose, Stephanie Pajot and Chuck Spicer Join Racing America
CHARLOTTE (March 30, 2026) – Racing America is pleased to announce three strategic hires who are set to join the team over the coming weeks. With diverse skills and experiences, the trio will be key additions to the team, filling important positions and strengthening the overall organization.

Erin Groseclose will serve as Vice President of Marketing for Racing America. Groseclose has spent the last 15 years leading marketing and promotion across motorsports, entertainment and hospitality, including for globally-recognized events like Formula 1, the X-Games and Taylor Swift. Most recently serving as Director of Marketing and Events at NOLA Motorsports Park, Groseclose revitalized the NOLA brand through a complete rebrand. Groseclose will transition to the Racing America team in mid-April, following the Racing America at NOLA event.
Stephanie Pajot joins Racing America as the Director of Partnerships and Media Sales. Pajot brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to the position, working with high-profile properties in the sports industry and beyond. Most recently, Pajot served as Corporate Partnerships Sales and Activation Manager for the Detroit Red Wings in the National Hockey League. Pajot will join the Racing America team on April 7.
Chuck Spicer has been hired as Racing America’s Director of Partner Services. Spicer is a sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the sports industry, who specializes in partnerships between sports properties, national events and brands. Spicer was previously President of CRS Motorsports Management, representing clients and motorsports organizations including NASCAR, Powerboat P1 and NHRA. Spicer is set to join Racing America on April 1.
