Masters Champion Anthony Autiello Completes the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon

The race season may be over, but that doesn’t mean that Anthony Autiello is slowing down. Just two weeks after winning the Master Championship in Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) with Momentum Motorsports, Autiello was back in another race—albeit this one was on foot—the TCS New York City Marathon.

The 26.2-mile trek took a bit longer than the 30-minute races that Autiello is used to with FR Americas. Clocking in at an impressive four hours, 16 minutes and 30 seconds, the 42 year old ranked 26,438th of the 59,134 runners in the largest marathon of the Abbot World Marathon Majors. Racing through all five of New York City’s boroughs, the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon marked Autiello’s second marathon, as the FR Americas competitor is also an avid triathlete.

“I am going to steal a line from my favorite F1 driver, Jenson Button’s biography: I try to live my ‘Life to the Limit,’ whether it’s the mental resilience, physical endurance, or rush you feel from the crowd,” said Autiello. “Being part of top-tier competition—whether it’s as a racing driver or an endurance athlete—brings me a great deal of joy. This year has been one I will remember for the rest of my life.”

Autiello will be back on track next season with FR Americas when the season opens at NOLA Motorsports Park, April 9-12. Prospective drivers looking to learn more about FR Americas, including the Masters Championship which is available to drivers ages 35 and up, are encouraged to visit the website at FRAmericas.com.
