
ALTON, Va. (September 19, 2025) – Christian Brooks took the pole in Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) at VIRginia International Raceway (VIR) during his debut weekend. Posting a 1:44.666 lap, Brooks (No. 95 Toney Driver Development Ligier JS F3) bettered the field by 0.179, as Titus Sherlock (No. 31 Rayne Nutrition / Ronald McDonald House Charities / Crosslink Motorsports Ligier JS F3) qualified second after winning the last three races in the series. Points leader Bruno Ribeiro (No. 01 Alfa Cem / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) will line up third.

Brooks was also quickest in practice with a 1:44.887 lap. However, an incredibly competitive field found the top-six drivers all within one second of each other, as Ribeiro was second and Brady Golan (No. 80 Attire / Toney Driver Development Ligier JS F3) was third on the speed charts.
