BOWMANVILLE, Ontario, Canada (August 31, 2025) – Titus Sherlock completed the weekend sweep in Formula Regional Americas Championship presented by Mosport Karting Centre (FR Americas) competition at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP). Sherlock (No. 31 Rayne Nutrition / Ronald McDonald House Charities / Crosslink Motorsports Ligier JS F3) led from lights to checkered in the all-green race at one of the most iconic circuits in North America, keeping his championship hopes alive as the series enters its final four rounds of the 2025 season.
With Sherlock on pole, the real story was between the second- and third-place starters. Nicolas Ambiado (No. 55 Velox USA / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) lined up second, while Bruno Ribeiro (No. 01 Alfa Cem / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) started the race in third. The two entered the weekend in a heated battle for the championship title, and when Ribeiro was sidelined from Race 1 after a practice accident, Ambiado was able to take the points lead. Ambiado then grew that lead in Race 2 when Ribeiro suffered a mechanical issue to end his day early. Today, however, it was Ambiado who faced obstacles. Ribeiro overtook him on the opening lap to comfortably move into second, and while he tried to chase down Sherlock, he was never able to reach his rear wing.
Brady Golan (No. 80 Attire / Toney Driver Development Ligier JS F3) was the next car to get around Ambiado, and while Jett Bowling (No. 22 Bullhorn / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) dropped back to sixth on the opening lap, it wasn’t long before he and Connor Roberts (No. 46 Apexspeed.com / Entropy Cellars / Atlantic Racing Team with Team Roberts Ligier JS F3) both made their way around Ambiado, too. Bowling and Roberts then pulled up to challenge Golan for third, and the trio put on an entertaining fight for nearly half the race. Golan held the position for the majority of the event, but as the clock ticked down, Bowling made a daring move in Turn 10 to overtake Golan, and Roberts found a way around the Toney Development Driver just a few minutes later.
As they crossed the line, it was Sherlock, followed by Ribeiro in second and Bowling in third.

I knew Bruno was going to be fast because he was on new tires, but [my tires] held in there and I had a great car to drive. I can’t thank the team enough. I wasn’t letting myself enjoy the last few days too much because I knew there was more to do, but now I can fully enjoy it. This event is awesome—there are so many people here watching us, so I can’t thank the fans enough. There’s great energy here and the track is awesome; it’s one of my favorite events, for sure.
