Recording the fastest lap in Race 2, Jett Bowling (No. 22 Bullhorn / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) led the field down the starting grid, with Titus Sherlock (No. 31 Rayne Nutrition / Ronald McDonald House Charities / Crosslink Motorsports Ligier JS F3) to his outside. Getting a good jump as the lights went out, Bowling darted ahead, taking command of the race in Turn 1 and leading the field through the opening corners. A series of restarts gave the two drivers repeated opportunities to show who was best, as safety crews had to retrieve two different cars from separate incidents on the track.
On the first restart, Sherlock took command of the race after Bowling got lose and stumbled across the rumble strips while racing toward the waving green flag. However, on the next restart, Bowling was able to pull wheel to wheel with Sherlock, applying intense pressure through the opening five turns. Finally, as they reached Turn 6, Sherlock pulled ahead to pace the field and take control of the event.
Behind Sherlock and Bowling’s battle, Bruno Ribeiro (No. 01 Alfa Cem / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) and Nicolas Ambiado (No. 55 Velox USA / Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) were dicing it out for third. The two had also remained wheel to wheel through the opening five turns, but as they exited Turn 6, they made side-to-side contact, with both of them going off in the grass. The incident allowed Brady Golan (No. 80 Attire / Toney Driver Development Ligier JS F3) to move into third, as he had gotten around Nicolas Stati (No. 15 Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F3) on the restart.
During the second half of the race, Bowling ensured that he never gave Sherlock much breathing room—staying tight on his rear wing and trailing the leader by somewhere between half a second and a full second the entire time. However, the two were denied a dash to the finish when a car slowed on the circuit with just a few minutes left on the clock, which required the attention of safety crews.
As they crossed the finish line, Sherlock led Bowling, followed by Golan.

“Road America is quickly becoming one of my favorite tracks,” said Sherlock after he climbed from the car. “Today’s race was really tough; Jett was really fast. I was pushing 10/10ths the whole time and the front tires were starting to go toward the end of the race. It was quite tough, but I’m happy to get it done again. I have to thank the entire Crosslink Motorsports crew—they’ve been great. The car’s been so fast the whole weekend, and I couldn’t do it without them.”
FR Americas will contest its next round at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, June 12-15. The event, like all 2025 races, will be streamed live on SpeedTour.TV, with live timing and scoring available on the Race Monitor App. Additional news and updates leading up to the event will be posted on the series’ Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
